1Rental Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
- Valid driver's license required at time of rental.
- Major credit card required for security deposit.
- Boating experience or valid Michigan Boater Safety Certificate recommended.
2Safety & Equipment
- Life jackets provided and required for all passengers.
- Safety briefing included with every rental.
- No alcohol consumption allowed for boat operators.
- Pets are allowed on designated boats with a cleaning fee.
3Cancellations
- 48-hour notice required for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours subject to 50% fee.
- Weather-related cancellations at our discretion (full refund or reschedule).
- No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
